Where is your favorite place to write?
My favorite place to write is sitting cross-legged, in pajamas, in the middle of my freshly made bed.
What is your favorite summer tradition?
My favorite summer tradition is picking blackberries with my kids during the first week of August. It reminds me of my childhood. My gram would send all of the cousins down the road to pick blackberries, and we’d have to fill a gallon sized milk jug before we could come back.
Beach or pool?
Pool! The beach has sand and sand gets everywhere. No, thank you.
How many stories do you work on at the same time?
I only work on one story at a time. I can’t hop between different stories because I lose the tone/voice of the characters. It’s a big mess.
What summer drink would you pair with the heroine or hero from your book?
Trevor loves the blackberry lemonade his mom makes. He doesn’t think that anyone can make it better than she does.
